BucketDays ("we", "us", "our") is operated by Micah Camasura. You can contact us at hello@bucketdays.co.uk. BucketDays helps customers discover and book activity experiences across the UK.
BucketDays acts as a booking agent. When you book and pay through BucketDays, we arrange your experience with the third-party activity provider who delivers it. The experience itself is provided and operated by that provider, subject to their own safety rules, requirements and conditions.
Where our website links you to a third-party booking site, your contract is with that provider directly, not with BucketDays.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Prices are shown in GBP. Payment is taken at the time of booking.
A booking is only confirmed once we email you a confirmation from hello@bucketdays.co.uk. Submitting payment does not by itself guarantee availability on your requested date until we confirm it with the provider.

If you fail to meet the provider's requirements or do not attend, you may not be entitled to a refund.
Experiences are subject to availability and provider confirmation. If we cannot confirm your chosen date, we will offer you an alternative date or a full refund.
Many activities are weather-dependent. Providers may reschedule at short notice for safety reasons. Where this happens, we will work with you to arrange an alternative date.
Each activity is also subject to the provider's own terms and conditions, including their safety requirements, minimum ages, and cancellation policies. We will make these known to you where we can, but it is your responsibility to check them.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability to you is limited to the value of your booking.
BucketDays is not liable for the acts or omissions of third-party providers, or for any injury, loss or damage arising during an activity operated by them. We will, however, assist you in good faith in resolving any issues with a provider.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
We handle your personal information in line with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your booking is the one that applies to it.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
